i finally did it!!!
i finally e-mailed tung lok grp about the bad service. and i just realised that i wrote the wrong date!!! haha.. i will email them again about it.
i'm SICK AND TIRED OF BAD SERVICE given to students!! we are paying customers and shld have the same service as the rest!!!!anyways.. i feel alot better aft e-mailing them. haha. ^^ hope that they reply.
