road run
kinda
injured my knee further today during
road run. its throbbing now. i just hope i can walk on monday. got swimming. hmz. road run was ok lah. not as bad as i tot it was. 3.6km. i dont think i ran so far before lah. but.. i survived..
Praise the Lord!!! i was quite happy. cause, last night, i was praying that i would be able to complete the run in 25mins. and i did!!! came in earlier. haha. quite happy lah. Praise the Lord!!!
after that, went to walk to bedok interchange to get brunch. mac was full. didnt want ljs nor kfc. so we went for bk. we were quening up when the guys came in. haha. it was like a 2404 gathering. haha. then we ate for awhile. i talked to char, my, jas about Christainity. then we went for constantine!!! it was quite scary. with all the monsters and warped concepts. nearly screamed afew times. then we all headed home and i rested for awhile before going out for dinner with my mom and sis. had kfc. walked ard central for awhile. then we headed home. there was this
horrible haze when we were walking home. irritated my contacts and throat. was coughing like crazy. haiz.
tired. tired. tired. think i will sleep soon.
